Hi Fergy, Just wanted to stop and say than you for ALL of your help, its been quite a

journey, but the end results are just great. Your quiet, solid person created a firm anchor

for all of this, the times I called hanging on to what I thought was my last knot in the

rope you showed me that I had a whole coil of rope left to go through, all the calls to just

check and “see where we were at”, you had the up to date answers, and for every call

that I needed to get some ideas of what to do and how best to handle it,….I say THANK

YOU….you had some great ideas on what to put into the house and it has turned out so nice, it is the kind of home that dreams are made of and I live in it…wow…thanks Fergy,

and I am glad that I have Tobi, that will give me an excuse to drop by from time to time and say hi to you and the great staff there at your office, they are also some really nice people, so glad when each step was accomplished and encouraging when things looked a little down. To all of you I say thank you, you made the process easy to handle.
