Why does “Ma” have INTEGRITY?
Like many things in life integrity can be subjective, simply someone’s opinion,
however after many years in business if a company still has a AAA rating with
the better business bureau then there’s a good chance that they have been
dealing with integrity. Keeping ones word is a good sign of integrity and
that’s what “Ma Williams has been doing for 38 years; for example, when we say
“the deposit is not at risk” that’s what we mean.
Why does “Ma” have the EXPERIENCE?
Frankly it’s not only the number of years in business but also what a company
has learned in those years that may have the biggest impact. Today “Ma”
Williams is the sum total of three generations of of knowledge and experience.
With this knowledge we’ve pioneered the process, commonly referred to as a
land/home package, whereby a manufactured or modular home is placed on fee
simple real estate with a permanent foundation.
Furthermore, based on years of experience, we’ve created a completely new
innovative software system so advanced that Ma’s customers may follow their

“Ma’s” Story
Ma was a stay at home Mom while her boys were young and
after they were out of school she started a business in 1969. When Ma first
started her business she sold primarily used “mobile homes”, as they were known
in those days. After a few years she started selling new homes but she had no
lot models so would drive her customer to the Kaufman and Broad factory in
Perris, California to spec them out. She said, “We’ll sell you the home at 10%
over costs and show you the factory invoice” and she did. Of course in those
days she didn’t have the overhead that ultimately came after she and her son
Dennis started stocking and showing model homes at the old San Jacinto
location.
In early1982 Dennis joined the company, supposedly for only a short time, until
he could find work in the commercial real estate industry. With a real estate
back ground he quickly saw the value and the advantages of placing homes on
private property with permanent foundations. The industry was in transition at
that time not only in the way the homes were built but also in other ways such
as how the homes were financed. This is approximately the time the current
manufactured home industry was born essentially changing from mobiles in mobile
home parks, to manufactured homes being placed in permanent foundations in
virtually any location within the state.
Kelly Williams-Walsh obtained her Masters in Business Administration at San
Diego State University, with an emphasis in Real Estate and the integration of
technology within the new construction realm. Kelly Williams-Walsh joined the
business in 2001 and put this education to good use by helping her father,
Dennis Williams develop “Ma’s” revolutionary new 12 Step Program to help
customers track their custom home development from start to finish. “Ma”
